Welcome to Chiang Mai – the captivating city was chosen as the perfect venue for our ESL teachers’ orientation. Nestled in the mountainous region of northern Thailand, Chiang Mai boasts a rich cultural heritage, stunning natural landscapes, and a vibrant atmosphere that sets it apart from other locations.

Cultural Training Program
The preparation course is 1 week of comprehensive training in Chiang Mai with professional TEFL instructors in a friendly and relaxing environment. You’ll get a chance to meet the Road Experience team, connect with your fellow teachers, and take everything you’ll have learned throughout the course to teach an authentic Thai classroom.
Choose the right placement for you
We have many placements available year-round, especially at the beginning of every semester (May and November). Applying during this time provides you with the most options to find a suitable placement. We offer our candidates a teaching position at one of our trusted schools upon successful completion of the application process.
Visa & Work-Permit Support
Our team fully understands the ins and outs of the visa application process. We will assist in all of the paperwork arrangements and filling out necessary documents for our program trainees
