The 1-week orientation allows you to meet new friends and get you ready to become full-time teachers in Thailand. You will also be meeting our team members who will be supporting you while you are working with us.

Cultural Training Program

The preparation course is 4 days of comprehensive training in Bangkok with professional TEFL instructors in a friendly and relaxing environment. You’ll get a chance to meet the Road Experience team, connect with your fellow teachers, and take everything you’ll have learned throughout the course to teach an authentic Thai classroom.

Choose the right placement for you

We have many placements available year-round, especially at the beginning of every semester (May and November). Applying during this time provides you with the most options to find a suitable placement. We offer our candidates a teaching position at one of our trusted schools upon successful completion of the application process.

Visa & Work-Permit Support

Our team fully understands the ins and outs of the Thai visa application process. We will assist in all of the paperwork arrangements and filling out necessary documents for our program trainees

Teacher Qualifications:

  • Native English speaker, or non-native with fluent English skills
  • Age range: 20-50
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (If you do not hold a bachelor’s degree, please consult with our recruitment assistant)
  • Willingness to sign a minimum one-semester contract (one-year contract preferred)
  • Positive attitude and openness to adapting to a new cultural environment
