The preparation course is 1 week of comprehensive training in Bangkok with professional TEFL instructors in a friendly and relaxing environment. You’ll get a chance to meet the Road Experience team, connect with your fellow teachers, and take everything you’ll have learned throughout the course to teach an authentic Thai classroom.

We have many placements available year-round, especially at the beginning of every semester (May and November). Applying during this time provides you with the most options to find a suitable placement. We offer our candidates a teaching position at one of our trusted schools upon successful completion of the application process.

The Grand Palace is one of Bangkok’s most iconic landmarks and traditional Thai architecture that has been the home of Thai kings since 1782. Within its grounds lies Wat Phra Kaew, or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which houses a revered Buddha statue carved from a single piece of jade.
